Another woman that I hold dearly in my heart left the psych ward a few weeks before me. Of course I had to gift her a little self-made card as a sovenier to remember us and her time there.

Her husband nicknamed the psych ward the „La-La Burg“ which became a little inside joke among us. I decided to draw the „La-La Burg“ as I would have imagined it.

I interpreted the „La-La Burg“ as a colorful bouncy castle since the nickname is so silly and absurd. She was really happy about the card.
